Photography at Preston College. With a passion for performing arts, I enjoy collaborating
with others to bring ideas to life, whether on stage or behind the camera. My creativity

methods for success. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have valuable experience in
customer service and hospitality, where I've developed strong interpersonal skills. I am

WORK HISTORY
Christmas Elf (Performer)
Temporary / Dobbies Garden Centre Ltd / Preston, Lancashire
- As an Elf, I will be responsible for creating memorable visits by preparing and helping
children to meet Santa within one of the magical grottos. In addition, Santa and the
Elves meet and entertain family groups at the breakfast and tea events.
- From the moment I step into the role I will have fun spreading the magic of Christmas.
From regaling stories from the North Pole and asking children about their Christmas
list, I'll have the confidence to spread happiness and magic.
- I will have a confident, kind and jolly nature, along plenty of enthusiasm. I will also be
able to engage with and built a rapport with people of all ages.

- Assisting, shadowing and observing appropriate appointed members of staff. Following
health and safety and hygiene rules, regulations and procedures. Maintaining a clean
and tidy work area.
- I will work shadow and assist with stock control, checking goods in and out, recording of
information, assisting with preparing equipment for gigs, diagnosing faults, setting up
equipment and basic repairs - on site at theatres within the North West.
- Dependent on students level of interest the placement will be tailored to suit the
student, there is also the opportunity to gain experience of the retail environment
where the company sells musical instruments and associated accessories.
